          1. the basic structure of the heat pipe: 
           
                      When making heat pipe, we use stainless steel for housing, uniforms spiral heating alloy wire (nickel-chrome 8020) along the central axis of the tube, fill and compact the space with magnesium oxide sand having good insulation and thermal conductivity, seal the mouth of the pipe with liquid glue, silicone or ceramic glue(we can do moistureproof design if it is in the wet environment) and make connecting wires with pure nickel (copper) which has high temperature resistant. The metal heating element can heat air, mold, and various liquids.

                    According to different use state, safety and installation requirements of heat pipe, heat pipe includes sealing structure, 90 degree elbow outlet, flange fixing, crimping corrugated pipes, crimping stainless steel mesh, pipe with screw device, built-in thermocouples, fuses and other structures. 
                    
                   
                        3.	Property, application and life of heat pipe: 
                   
                    Heat pipe is made by placing heating elements in a metal tube and filling crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good heat resistance, thermal conductivity and insulating in the gap closely and then managed by other treatments. Heat pipe is heating element designed specially to convert electrical energy into heat energy. It has a simple structure, high mechanical strength, high thermal efficiency and is safe, reliable and easy to install. Heat pipe can be widely used in plastic molds, packaging machinery, extruders, automation equipment, medical equipment, heat-pressing dies and so on.

                        5. Notes on the use of heat pipes: 
                   
                    1. Heat pipe should be kept in a dry place. 
                    2. Do distinguish positive electrode and negative electrode when wiring heat pipe with thermocouples.
